Takes off Slow....???

Takes off Slow....??? I dont have many mods, other than the ones listed at the bottom....when i jump on the gas, my camaro doesnt jump like it used to...as the rpms rise, the car then acts like a camaro....it takes a lil bit before it really starts to speed up....what could be the problem....i have 88k miles on my LS1....could it be the heat? its been very hot here in so cal...

Re: Takes off Slow....??? Hmmm, I am wondering the same thing my car acts like it has a turbo.Its hot hear in south Florida too. It doesn't start pulling till 3000rpm then it acts like it has boost. Maybe I should check the fuel filter?? I know the other 2 are good

Re: Takes off Slow....??? i changed the fuel filter at 60k, i always clean my air filter, and i changed the plugs/wires at 58k....im at 88k right now....time for plug change????

k, swapped the plugs out and put them back to stock gap....runs a lil better now...maybe its just the mileage...but it will still get up and boogie
