Anything with LM1 is going to be loud... did you see the muffler, theres nothing to it, its a wide spot in the exhaust, mine doesnt sound so good free reving but going down the road it sounds pretty good. It should sound very nice with h/c on it, let me know how it sounds when you get it back, hopefully in the next month or so I can get a cam put in mine, anyway good luck!

yea... i know it's gonna be loud... i've had the LM1 on there with the stock setup for about 4 years now and i've always loved it... until i can hear it with the new mods in person though i have just no idea what "LOUD" is...

What some consider Loud, i might consider quiet... just because i like LOUD!

right now i'm trying to figure out what i'm gonna do if it's too loud... I'm a little confused as to places to put a muffler and the piping... but (and excuse my crude MS Paint skills) i made a diagrams of what i believe are the correct diameters of the piping and places to put mufflers... lemme know guys if this looks right or not?

Diameters... and...Perspective muffler spots...

About the best way to describe it would be to be inside a big drum surrounded by angry garden gnomes pounding on it with rubber mallets. Loud, but if you don't mind loud it sounds good. I'm going to duals now; but my thought was to put a bullet in the spot of the resonator and one behind each tip. Good luck and nice car!

Guy in town a while back had Trex, LTs, ORY, LM1. Was unbelievably/obnoxiously loud. Louder than my Duals IMO. I'll watch the vid when I get home and have sound on my computer...

H & C car here with long tubes, ORY and LM1. VERY LOUD!

Have had this setup for 2 plus years now and I think the only reason I lasted this long without changing it is the car was not my DD.

Idle sounds bad-*** though!! When I start my car and my neighbor is outside, he always makes it a point to say I "scared him" lol

To me, the low speed noise is what turns me off. Stop & go traffic sucks. Putting around the neighborhood doesnt sound good to me any more. I will say it does sound good once the revs get over 3500. WOT is pretty impressive too.

I almost caved and bough a GMMG, which is what I really wanted before I got the LM... just didnt want to drop that kind of coin on what must be my 30th different exhaust configuration.

Instead, I ordered a 21" long 3" ID Powerstick from EAD and it was delivered today. It will be going on in the next week or so. I'm going to install in with the louvers pointing upstream to start. I'm hoping it improves the sub 3500 rpm sound without taking away too much from idle and the WOT sounds I do like.

I got SLP Longtubes, no cats, x-pipe, and SLP Shotgun Resonators. With the MS3 it sounds just ******* evil. And i am sure your car sounds just insane in person. If you like loud then you will like your set-up, i love mine to death.
