Default What part is this?

Ok im feeling like a retard right now, but what part is this. Mine has roted in two, and im needing to get it replaced asap. I have tried to follow where it goes with no luck.

Its for the PCV system, they all rot. Just get some rubber fuel line of equivelent diameter, and your fine.

It just comes off the intake in the otherside.

it runs down the passenger side valve cover to the back of the motor where it spits and connects to both rear valve covers.

Another cool bit of info: A lot of people think that is a grounding strap behind it. It's not a grounding strap. It's just to hold it up.

I'm not sure, but I think they are made out of that material just so they have some give to them. Not that all rubber doesn't to some extent.
