Default fast 92 and blue max throttle body

i just installed my new fast 92 intake and a blue maxx throttle body from vengeance.. fired up.. runs great but the throttle body seems to be sticking right when i hit the gas.. ive gotta tap the gas pedal to get it to kick down and get unstuck.. is it something ive gotta adjust on the throttle body.. or is the throttle body just messed up.. thanx in advance..

My throttle stuck for the first 10-20 miles of driving and now it's fine. I just think that the clearances between the throttle blade and throttle body are really tight and need to seat themselves over a little bit of time.

the gas pedal also feels very hard.. when the car is running.. not when off.. does it just need to break in??

that is the spring rate, i believe all are like that to start because my new NW feels the same way. it is probably due to the new pressure that forces the blade to stay closed, like air hitting a wall.

That's odd. My FAST never stuck one time since new 3 years ago. Call or message Ron for his opinion.

Before you go that far as to sanding it down, check the throttle stop position, also check your traction control line if you have it. I had to adjust both of those on mine and it got much better. Just a sugestion.

Good luck on picking up some ponies from the intake swap. You did have the LS6 intake correct ?? I bet you pick up a solid 20 rwhp 20 rwtq. If you don't get that much then at least you had someone pulling for you to get big gains. Again good luck.

Mine originally felt like it was sticking, but after about 75 miles of driving or so, it feels fine now. My pedal doesn't feel stiff though, unlike the FAST 92 tb. That thing was so hard to push down. I was a little dissappointed with my gains: 15 rwhp, 7 rwtq, but that's with the stock heads. Probably would have picked up another 10 or more with a nice set of heads.
