Default !AIR and intake swap question

Is the AIR delete easier with the intake off, or is it easier to remove the AIR first? I'm doing an intake swap and !EGR, !AIR soon and was just wondering what the easiest way is? Thanks

all the air does is pumps air into your exhaust when your car first starts so that your exhaust doesent stop up your cats, i would figure that it would be easier to take the air and egr off after the intake is off so that you dont have to pull hoses around the back of your intake

Agreed. Actually removing the pump is hella easy, just take the extra 3min and take the mud/water cover on the very bottom of the car off, instead of trying to do it through the lil rain flap.

I would take the AIR out when the intake is off, youll have a little extra room to get the hoses out.
