Where do you get the blocker piece for an SLP lid for a 2000-02 car to put in a 99 car? I heard that tube that comes out of the lid on the later cars can just be blocked off and will fit just fine in the earlier cars

i found a black rubber cork lookin thing at Ace hardware for less than a buck, and also found a grommet to make it look neat and tidy,,,
