Default FTRA install..

anyones lid get raised a bit on the drivers side?? I got big weather stripping on the lid so im not worried about it sealing but it looks like its not down all the way.. all the tabs are in the back

The seals go under the lower air filter base so it shouldn't affect your lid unless the base is sticking up on that side. You may need to adjust the placement of the seals under that side.

Anothing thing you can do if you don't care about how things look under the air filter tray (where nobody can see anyways), is to remove the foam seals and use tuct tape or duct trape to go fron the air filter tray to the sheet metal below. That provides a 100 % seal and since the tape is very thin, it doesn't raise the air filter base at all.
