Default spark plug problem

I'm currently doing my header install and was pulling the plug. My hand slipped while pulling on it and i ended up pulling the skinny wire part out of the big rubber part. If necessary I can take a pic. is this a big deal? Can I just stick it back in or do I need a new one?

Since you have to take all that out anyway, might as well get all new plugs and wires. If you absolutely have to reuse it, as long as it isn't broken it should work. I've done a few like that before and some times they work and sometimes they don't. If it doesn't work, it's probably broke inside of the insulation. If you reuse it, and the car has miss I would at that point go ahead and do what I mentioned above and put all new plugs and wires in.

Thanks. I already have new plugs to go in. I guess I'll go out and pick up some wires later.
