LS1 Trinary for Vintage Air
This is my solution for using the LS1 PCM with a Vintage Air system. The LS1 trinary switch is custom to the LS1 PCM setup. Vintage Air has no adapter or clue as how to make this work. I went to the local auto recyclers yard (JUNK)
and removed the piece of tubing that the GM trinary switch was mounted, cut it out and used some "aluminum solder" (local hardware item) to attach the fitting in the tubing of one of Vintage Air's fittings. The aluminum solder takes a bit of heat to make it flow (1100 deg. F) be sure that if you are using a propane torch, it has a really good flame.
