With a dremel, drill, buffing wheels, sears jewels rouge kit, mothers aluminum polish, lots of work and time.

Port job looks good. I would recommend the bump stop mod and maybe half the throttle blade shaft. The polish isn't necessary as it's only for looks. I take mine up to about 600 grit sandpaper and then bring out the polishing wheel and compound.

Thanks guys,

Red99TA I went ahead and bent the bump stop forward a little bit.
I also shaved down the back of the screws. ( shown in picture )

Very interesting. I used polish compound on mine. I guess I will have to pull it off and ruff it up a bit.

I've studied fluid dynamics and transport phenomena before and I highly doubt that the mirror polish is costing us any power (if any maybe .001 HP!).

for future port jobs that you may do if you buy a 150 grt sanding flaps that you put on a drill that will take all the little scratches out after the porting is done. Then I wetsand mine with 400 and then 1000 and then polish it. Yours looks alot better than my first one.

Thanks for the nice comments guys.

I feel like buying a used throttle body in the classified section and giving it
another try.
