Yeah its all on your preference. Screw what everyone else thinks man. If you want it LOUD and raspy, by all means get something like the LM1. You can replace the resonator with other bullet type muffler too.

LM1 isn't raspy on stock manifolds and y. It's once you add those in it can sound raspy. You don't know what the original poster has so don't spread ambiguous information.

When I bought my car it was all stock with a !muffler and it sounded pretty good. Once you add some LT's/ORY if that's in your plans I would suggest getting a muffler though.

I've heard it in person.

How is this not raspy?

plan for the future....if you are ever going to get LT's, please please put a decent muffler in there, unless the 80's Chevy truck with glasspacks sound is what you are going for.

I own one. Stock manifolds and y. It doesn't sound raspy at all. I said once you add those in it can sound raspy. Your reply was all encompassing. Where in reality it's not raspy at all just as a catback with everything else stock.

I have some clips in my sig under videos. It is sort of hard to hear in some due to the tires squeeling. The idle clips of the cam are still on stock manifolds and cats as are all of the others minus the open header videos.

No, not at all. My old z28 had no muffler and I never got any looks from any police. Obviously you can't be running around in town at WOT all night, but driving normally you shouldn't have a problem.
