Cleaning your MAF????

Has anyone ever used the spray cleaners for their MAF Sensor? Is it a good thing to do or can it cause problems?

CRC SPRAY CAN Maf Cleaner....autozone...pep Boys...etc,etc..

i bought some the other day from autozone. cleaned it up pretty good and havent had any issues
