Default Not Compatible on a Auto Trans Conv. ?

im lookin to buy some headers on my 01 SS, its an automatic and convertible, i was lookin on SLP and read their headers werent compatible on an automatic transmission equipped convertibles. wat could b the reason for this? also can i get some suggestions on wher else to shop for headers? thanks for the help

i never seen where it mattered what trans you have. i have read that the SLP has the worst ground clearance but i dunno. pacesetters are well liked around here.

There's a kooky X-stamping on A4s, dunno if it's any different
than T-top or hardtop model A4s but once you ditch that it's
all pretty much the same underneath. Nothing is likely to fit
if you don't take it off. Even the SLP stock-cats Y needs a
little bit of violence at minimum, there.
