OEM waterproofing tar gunk on PCM connection?

When I pulled out my PCM for my engine transplant I removed all the waterproofing black tar-like crap on it. What should i replace this with? Or where can I buy more of the OEM junk?

Go to Walmart they sell a automotive black tar like glue for covering wires. Its in a yellow can.
