Default Aftermarket Cat

I am in the process of getting a custom y-pipe done on my car. Have hooker LT and want a cat on the y-pipe but not wanting to pay for the catted y-pipe. (they are a little more expensive.) As i was looking around i saw this cat and was curious if it would work. http://www.performance-curve.com/ind...OD&ProdID=1212

the reason why i am asking is because in the information part it says
Coverage EPA / Federal OBDII

Function - 3 Way
Engine Limit - 5.2L / 322 CID
Test Weight - 4500 lbs.
Coverage CARB / California*

Function - 3 Way
Engine Limit - 5.0L / 307 CID
Test Weight - 4500 lbs.

and i was curious why is has an engine limit?

I know this thread is like a month old, but there seem to be a lot of people actually who run the Magnaflow 59959; I'm looking at getting some myself. Do a search and you'll get some threads to read through to see feedback. Here is one to start with:
