Default shiftlight how to??

hey guys i just got me a new shift light and im not sure where to plug in the green wire?? does it go to one of my coils or what?? plz lmk if u guys can help thanx

i'm going to assume there's just a power, ground, and signal wire, but I'm thinkin' the signal wire should go to the ECU Tach Output, which on '98 Camaro/Trans Am is Pin 35(White Wire) and '99-'02 Pin 10(White Wire). Corvettes are the same and Suburban/Tahoe '99-'03 w/ 4.8, 5.3, 6.0, and 8.1 engines are Pin 10( Also, a white wire). Hope that helps a lil.

right off the pcm, pass side firewall of the engine compartment

my proform shift light requred me to install the unit on the "4 cylinder" setting since the coil-on-cylinder design.

so check into that

So do i understand this correctly, for my C5 Vette the tach signal wire i need for my shift light is the "Pin 10 white wire" ?? Where is it located? Thanks.
