Default Hooking coil packs up..........Backwards???

I just changed plugs and put on 10.4mm taylor wires. Well on the passenger side, the coil pack wiring was outside of the bracket so I took the bracket off and got the wire back under the bracket. Now the car is popping really bad. Rechecked everything plugs not broken, they are gapped correctly all the wires are snapped on. Is it possible to wire the coils backwards? I don't know if I flipped the wires around or what. Need some quick feedback on this one. Thanks.
