Default what spark plugs do you recommend for a 98 LS1?

Im gonna be doin headers on my 98z soon, so I might as well do plugs and wires too. I've been out of the f-body game for a while, so I'm not up to par with everything.... What spark plugs do you guys recommend?

Thanks!

Yup, pick up a set of TR55s and some MSD wires.

There are a couple of sponsors running specials right now for the above. I know it's Byun Speed and someone else

I can't believe no one mentioned using the search... this is one of the top 5 questions asked on this board.

Anyway... I also recommend NGK TR55s. That's what I run per recommendations of every LS1 person I know. I picked them up from my local NAPA for ~$16 and you should try to do the same. As much as I like to support sponsors on here, if you can get around shipping prices by having your local NAPA order them, go for it.

I would go TR55 NGK plugs in your car, unless you are spraying or boosting. If you are spraying or boosting, go with the colder plug, the TR6. But if not the Tr55 will work better!!! Hope this helps

NGK is the name of the company that makes the plugs, and TR55 is the part number.
