Default Victor Jr. injector hole defect

I just received my Victor Jr. and on the number 8 injector hole the bottom seat is chipped away on one side about a 1/8", has anyone noticed this on theres before??

Its right on the seat where the o-ring would seal.

Ill get some pictures tonight if that will help.

I tried calling Edelbrock but I was on hold for 30min with no answer.

you could send it back since it is new but I had a n edelbrock intake for a 5.0 stang ported back in the day and it came back with every injector hole like this or missing even more of the bottom seat. I asked them about it then and was told the orings seal to the side of this hole and it would be fine. I ran it that way for over 4 years and never had an issue.
