Default Installed P&P TB

Installed a Shaner S2 after work today, had to change the cams from the old one to the new TB for the throttle cable to work. (Figured that out after I already swapped over sensors and installed it lol) As I went to let out the clutch and give it the normal amount of go, rpms went up much faster than expected. Throttle response went from to With as many people are going to FAST's now, I would recommend picking up a ported TB if you don't have one yet, just flat out easy to tell difference for the better.

I definately noticed a difference going to a ported TB..............But then I went with the FAST and there's a HUGE difference in throttle response and power even over the ported TB!!!! Not worth the $500, but i got one super cheap......

Ported TB is a GREAT cheap mod!

I can never tell the difference with little mods like that. But I always seem to add like 5 mods at once!

Cool to see people are noticing gains with a nice cheap mod like a P&P throttle body. I really didn't notice anything on my car, but I'm not good with feeling a little SOTP difference.

Yea, considering I got it for 100 dollars plus shipping, Im extremely happy. I just picked it up while I wait for a deal on an LS6 intake, and I will almost be done with bolt-ons. I just got the annoying idler pulley squeak.. so I am debating getting underdrive pulleys now as well lol. Happy with it, and would spend the money again. The difference between the stock one and this one is crazy, especially with the epoxy in the one spot. Had a little oil on the blade, time to look into a catch can or something.
