Default Opinions on cats needed.... Please!!

Ok, I have a Bassani y w/ the catco cats that they come with. Right now my SES light is on due to a "failing" passenger side cat. Bassani wont warranty the cat (long story). I've made up my mind that i dont want catco n e ways, so i'm just gonna pick up some magnaflows off of ebay for cheap. So if i replace the bad cat with a magnaflow, and the other cat is a catco is that okay? Or should i just replace them both with magnaflow? Whatcha ya think?

I dont know about the cats question, but where did you get the fender grill inserts @? I have been looking for chrome inserts for about 6 months now.
And what did they charge if you dont mind my asking.
thanks

Are you sure you didnt damage your 02 sensor? I would replace both just to get the same flow. But i think you could just replace the one. Just my $.02

black02TA- The inserts are from Afterthoughts Auto, however they no longer carry them. Hpaparts sells billet aluminum inserts but they're not honeycomb.

onehardmaro- positive it's not the sensor. I think ill just do both. Thanks

It shouldn't be a problem to mix and match the cats. If one is still good then use it.
