Default Just got Elec. Cutout, anybody ever have probs burning wires from the hot exhaust?

I got the QTEC installed yesterday by the muffler shop, pretty qwik install. Just wondering if the exhaust gets hot enough to cause concern for the wires that go to it from underneath the rear seat, yesterday I drove it around for quite a while, doesn't look like it will burn anything, but still unsure. It's mounted in the IPipe just before the axel.

If the wires are ran infront of the cutout when it's open then yes it will burn
