installed new motor everything is hooked up, i also relocated the battery, when u go to start everything comes on gauges and all but the starter does not ingage, im wondering about the ground wire coming of the the battery were does it go i have it grounded to the block does it need to go some were else. and help would be nice, i have also thaught that maybe the baterry is to low also thanks
