Who runs FLPs with the dual dual and CATS v. OR pipes Im goin to school soon, and a bud of mine was just talking about how cats were "super illegal". My guilt and worry thoughts i got when i frist installed them arose from when i installed them a year or so ago. Ill be driving through a few states and in PA. I wonder if its worth just putting the cats on to avoid a super ticket. But it sounds like carp with the cats AND the dual dual. i always looked at it as being cats with the cutout, or OR with it capped through the dual dual. if its only 2 or 3 horses i will just put them on. what are your thoughts and suggestions
