Default EMMISIONS LT's with TSP Y with Cats

I want to know who has passed Emmisions (which state) with longtubes. I have heard of people passing with a catted Y pipe. Lets hear it.

if you have the o2's taken care of, and they just do the test where the plug in and dont do anything under the car or at the tailpipe you'll pass. im pretty sure LT's and moving/deleting the cats is illegal in all states.

I pass Emissions with no cats, on mid length headers. They just plug in and check codes for emissions, and I know people to pass inspection. This is in Missouri.

Man just check with your state on emission testing. Everywhere is different.

i dont think LT's would make you fail the tail pipe test, obviously having !cats will. i thought they just did the OBD testing anymore?
