Default fast 90 TB questions

I picked up a fast 90/90 setup and having some issues getting the idle air control to fit. The IAC is the top one of the two units going into the TB. In the stock TB, the IAC fit in flush and the 90 doesnt seem to want to do that too easy. The other question is, the screw hole is very shallow on the front hole for the IAC. Did others see the same thing or did I get a POS TB? So the two questions I am looking..
1. Is the IAC fit flush?
2. Is the screw hole suppose to be shallow?
If so, did you just cut the screw shorter?

yes, you will have to cut the top screw in half, other than that my iac slipped right in, you need the orange o ring and just work it carefully in until its flush.
