We have been absorbing material costs for years and trying not to raise the price of the FTRA. Still we have people that think they cost too much and will build there own. Our kits are made of T304 stainless steel which costs more than aluminum as well!

ok im keeping my AC. my biggest question is removing the baffle that channels the air up and onto the front of the condenser. that air would then lose its ramming effect and you would have a condenser and radiator struggling to get air. plus i already got a tranny cooler mounted in front of the condenser.

yeah i can make you one, but you gotta have the ac gone to get those kind of gains, i have made some that have the ac still but they take alot of time, more materials, etc...
maybe sometime this week when i am at work i will draw one up in 3D Inventor and see what our laser shop will charge me to have it cut out and brake pressed into shape...if it is reasonable i will let you guys know...
hit me up if you want one with the ac gone though...

Hey Chris my buddy is a Solid Works guiness, he works for Baker Oil Tools and designs oil field tools. If you wanna e-mail me some specs I can have him draw it up for you. He also can have **** made for cheap..If your interested in knowing more just PM me. I already talked to him. He will do it for free as a gift to me. I will give it to you for free for giving me the information...So it's a win win in my book. Let me know.

Ok, no problem. I will probly just follow that how too and get the deminsions and see how much it would be to make like 10 of them. Then see if people want to throw down on one. If not I will just make one for myself.
Gotta make up my mind whether I wanna take the AC out or not. As of right now, my ac belt isn't on. But would like to be able to just throw it on when it gets rilly hot...Houston Texas is a beast in the summer.
