Default Pulley Wobble

I have an after market ASP crank pulley and it wobbles at idle. The pulley has been on for quite some time. No belt slippage issues, just looks funny. Any ideas? I am confident it is seated properly, considering it has not fell off and the belt rides it fine. Maybe I just got a bad one? All help is appreciated.

That is how you do it. Hmmm... Makes you wonder if the pulley is mis manufactured.

If the pulley is wobbling you need to remove it, because its unbalanced and can cause main bearing failure. or in worse case it can brake the crank ,At high rpm's the vibration from a warped or loose pulley can beat the bearing to death. And also can do damage the the oil pump were its mounted to the crank right behind the damper.

Good question? It looks like it wobbles but when you hit the gas you can't see it anymore?

Try a timing light and put four equal marks on the edge of the damper and when you rev the motor, the timing light will slow the rotation (By Eye) a oscillating or strobe effect.
