I've recently just installed a New Set of Cylinder Heads on my car and since then while Driving my car around town I've noticed a slight hesitation around 1600-1900 RPMS. Tonight I also noticed a sort of a gurgle or backfire at the same 1600-1900RPM range, then it went away and never came back. Before that I tried to make a few quarter mile passes and the MPH was about 5 MPH slow.

Any suggestions as to what is wrong?
