Default New belts for SLP Underdrive Pulley?

I plan on buying a SLP under drive pulley and wanted to know if it was absolutely necessary to install new belts. My car has only 18,000 miles on it. Thanks

Yes, you need it. "UNDER"drive, you need undersized belts, meaning shorter.
