Question FAST intake TB opening porting?

hey guys,

i'll be ordering a new FAST intake here before too long and i do my own porting...but was curious about how ya'll are porting the TB openings. i'm pretty confident i have the porting part down, but how do you seal the TB to the intake? i know on the 92mm intakes there isn't much meat to work with therfore the o-ring seal and it's groove are no longer used, right? what do you do, just squirt some silicone on it and call it good or what?

Some folks are porting their intakes out to 95mm or so. TSP offers the PTM 95mm tb. Porting to this size will totally cut away the o-ring. If you go that far, you can make your own gasket. Go buy some fel-pro gasket material from the local parts store and cut it out to any shape that you need.
