Default ? about the SSRA for whoever has it on their car...

is it ok to drive the car in the rain with the SSRA installed? Does it not suck in any water, or does it have something to bock it off in the rain? thanks...

I got stuck in the rain in Bristol a couple weeks ago when I was at the track. I was a lot more concerned about dying with the ET streets to even remember about the SSRA. I did drive it on the highway at 30mph with a pretty good downpour and its still running I wouldnt dive into a 2 foot deep puddle with it but the air filter was dry when I got home..

Find one of those spongy poles that kids (dont be dirty minded here) play with in the pool and whittle it down with a razor blade so it fits snug. Roll bar padding would work too..

as long as you take it slow you should be fine. i think that if you flew through a deep puddle it would break apart before it sucked up enough water
