Electric Cutout Wiring...PLEASE HELP!!!

Default Electric Cutout Wiring...PLEASE HELP!!!

Ok so im installing my electric cutout and i was going to install the switch in my power seat like ryanfx did on his thread here.... https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...cutout+install

well i dont know if im missing something or if im just being dumb, but can someone help me as to how to wire this up??? The pictures below are what I have right now...all help is appreciated! Thanks

Ima take a guess and say splice your red cutout wire and connect it to the orange(hot) wire on the seat. Then your black cutout wire to the black seat wire.......I'm just taking a wild guess here lol

I see the humor in this...lol I just wanted to make sure that I was gonna do it the right way...dont wanna lose power to the seat...sorry for the newb topic

Ok well just finished it...94'BLKBRD if you follow that write up i copy and pasted at the top of my thread ryan did a great job of explaining it...and that wiring is correct what I did...power seats and cutout work fine...

yea sure...you want underneath the seat wiring, under the car, or both?

Ok in the third pic i posted earlier....what I did was cut the right side wiring (dead side) about half way up and then just spliced them together...which you should see in the pictures...there was enough wiring to get butt connectors on them, so i did that so i wouldnt have to worry about it coming apart...hope these help! it only takes about 30-40 min for the whole install..have fun!
