Seems that the throttle cable is too short, not allowing the blade to close all the way. I adjusted the plastic sliders to the max and it still wont close. Is there an adjusment in the TCS/Cruise gear box? When I spin the gear a little it gives it enough slack to close, but as soon as I hit the throttle it wont close all the way again.

I think I replied to this already, but add another return spring. The problem isn't the cable.
