Default Idle setting question

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot. I just put the stock cam back in the car in my sig and before I had the idle bumped up via throttle screw/tps relearn. Is there any way to know where the blade needs to be now that the stock cam is back in? It idles just over 500 in park which is good - but I can still feel it pulling a bit more at idle than it should. Thanks in advance!

Well, the thing is the IAC seems to actually set the idle speed - but with the throttle blade cracked open it'll actually cause the maf to deliever fuel (correct me if I'm wrong). So the idle is right but I still feel the blade is open a bit. I guess I'l dig out the ol' multimeter and check the voltage.
