Default intake options on L92 headed cars

like it says i have a ls2 with l92 heads w/l76 intake. ive seen where some say the intake holds this combo back. experienced help please.

My understanding is the l76 runs out of steam around 6300rpm, but supposedly isn't as big a deal in a 364ci (LS2) as it is in 400+ci applications. That's the one thing that's keeping me from using L92's on my 370.....hopefully someone will release an aftermarket L92/LS3 intake soon!

Well you could always get the carb intake and plumb it for feul injection. I believe someone around here is running it on an L92 setup. It is extra work though.

True, but you start running into hood & cowl clearance issues if you go that route......
