No they're not suppose to. It's possible something else could be causing it and it's a coincidence.

Best way to find out if thats whats causing it is to put the rear 02's back in, and see if it goes away. If it goes away, thats your problem and the PCM will require a tune to correct it. Usually however, removing the rear 02's only throws an SES code and thats it.

yea, you can... yuou wont have to turn it but maybe one turn... turn it, and then drive down the road, come back and check your idle..

it wouldnt hurt if that doesnt help to replace spark plugs... thats usually the problem...

i run rich and also idle high.. although my mods are different than yours.

One suggestion. I've seen you posting basically the same **** all over the place here. Keep it to one or two posts for consistancy. It saves people time when they answer a question. If people here see you put up a mess of questions all over the place and are getting input from one person saying do this and another saying do something different, it kind of makes me at least hesitant to reply because it looks like a mess of information, and that alone is confusing you, making you try different things and adding more confusion. Pretty soon you're spiraling in a mess and ready to give up.
But thats just my opinion.

Perfect example of what I just posted above.

Look at this thread about idle. https://ls1tech.com/forums/generation-iii-external-engine/973318-what-normal-idle-stock.html

I cut and posted these screen shots of factory programmed idle speeds for each varying condition. Thats how it's programmed, now you get a reply with an off the wall 'I think' guess.
I put some time in replying to that and now it feels like for nothing. So.....
Good luck, hopefully you can wrap it up in one big pile of info, sort through it and make something of it all.
