rear 02's and obd2 inspection??

Question rear 02's and obd2 inspection??
If I had a off road y and got the o2's deleted through the tune will the car pass a state obd2 test for vehicle inspection.

If the codes have been deleted out of the computer, then it should pass the hookup test
