Default Finally figured out my exhaust setup

After a long, drawn out process of considering what to do... and a million sound clips, I finally know what I want, but I have a few questions about it.

http://www.byunspeed.com/product_inf...16c4066366df6f

For those of you who don't like clicking links, it's American Racing Headers (LT 1 7/8) and a 3" ARH Y without cats.

From there I want to get Sweet Thunders but here is where my problem comes in.

There is no kit (like a full catback) for the 4th gen F-Body, so I need to do it myself. How difficult (or expensive) would it be to fab this myself or with a shop? I want it to look like the GMMG setup. Plan on running it to CME.

Also, how do the header's fit? I heard the 3/4's are great, nothing yet on the 7/8's. Also, what size mufflers would I need? 18, 24, or 30"?

I did someting like it a few years ago. Did a flomaster dual 3" inlet 4" out merge collector to a 4" I-pipe over the axle and another merge collector to the swet thunders. I should have had them ordered a 12' version because the 18' were to long to set up like a GMMG. So I had the installed inside some tips at the bumper outlets on my T/A. Its possible just find a good shop who will do it your way and not try their way.

They make a 12? All I saw was a 18. Btw, do you have any pics or a vid?

But aren't the 7/8's larger, thus more free flowing?

but keep in mind that when u go bigger u lose torque down low.....everybody keeps telling me that stepped headers compensate for this and also work well with nitrous....i dont know from 1st hand experience but have been around cars enough to understand this concept! it really depends more on the setup ur runnin really

Yeah but if your a bolt on only car it is kind of overkill, and alot more expensive.

You can have them made to any leanth, just ask them. As for a sound clip. sorry dont have any or any pics left. Many thout it was a GMMG. You can configure that-its tight for 3" bends but its possible.

How much would it cost to have it set up like a GMMG exhaust? Seeing how I'll need the tubing, having it bent, and the welding work.
