Question which one do i choose??????

hey guys im going to be doing my next big mod and i dont know which one would be best to go with.
its eather a intake manifold and tb most likely a profesional products 85mm intake and 85mm tb combo
or
pacesetter longtubes and y pipe.
i only have a lid,custome single exit lm2 exhaust,free mods and a tune.
what would pick up the most power?
car put down 317 hp@ the wheels and its a a4.
let me know guys ill be ordering tonight or tomorrow.

+1 on the pacesetters an y. It'll be a more noticeable gain and sound cooler too.....

Headers, and an LS6 intake.

Has Professional Products fixed the fitment problems with that intake? Because those didn't fit at all when they first came out. Friend got a new one for free for testing...and couldn't get it to fit his SS.
And if I understand it correctly, they aren't much better (if any) than the LS6 for power gains.

from what i have read on here the newer models fit good and i have seen a few in person at the local track and they seem to work well. as for more power than a ls6 intake in not shure about that.
ill go with a ls6 intake if i can find a good deal on one.
so headers it is! should i get the pacesetter y?

you can find ls6 intakes in the for sale section every day it seems like..you are looking at about 300 bucks for one...get that and get a ported tb from one of the sponsors that are running really good core deals....my vote goes for exhaust though...instead of the pacesetters check out the texas speed ones...they seem to fit great and perform better then the pacesetters (per there post in the external section).....

I strongly suggest u get a custom y-pipe made with a flowmaster merge... I had to fork over extra coin since the y-pipe I had made terrible rasp and a wierd jack hammer like noise in the 2-3k rpm range.
