dont buy extensions... buys corvette o2s.... extensions will just give you problems! trust me ive been there.. you can get them at autozone for like 140 bucks.. they are long enough to run so no extensions needed.. they read better

other than that you shouldnt need anything.. all bolts should come in the package..

i bought a texas speed ORY and LT pacesetter headers.. ended up going TD's dumped before the axle so no need for the y pipe, and all that was welded... i used the bolts that they sent me in the package.. everything worked out and is working fine for me.

I reused my stock header bolts because the Pacesetter ones didn't seem too good. I also went with extensions.

You can reuse your stock bolts. Works perfectly fine.

use your stock gaskets.. the ones they send you are paper crap, stock ones are way better.. if you want you can go to the dealer and get new ones, but i wouldnt worry unless yours are in bad shape, which they shouldnt be since your manifolds probably have never been off.

I've never had a problem with 02 extensions, just be mindful of where they are routed so they don't get cooked by your headers.
