False. The manifolds are no different.

The SLP dual/dual catback and Lid is where the HP claim comes from. Not from the tips or anything.

I have a SS paper that says adding center mount exhaust for $999 adds 15hp, IIRC. Tips and a valence add no HP

okay man, seriously, what exactly are u trying to do. knowbody is trying to say your car is slower than an SLP SS, u got the sarcastic "OK" because it was pointless to bring that up, knowbody here in this thread is doing an SS vs Z28 debate. I think we can all agree we are above that! we all know the engine in a 97-04 vette, 04 GTO, 98-02 trans am, 98-02 SS and 98-02 Z28 are all the same engine as far as power and exhaust differences in themselves arent enough to make any real difference. Rant over, have a nice day.

Don't forget the 4th gen formulas

And for some reason the site won't let me say "f-o-r-m-y"

whocares it all goes right out the window once you start modding it . A intake /exhaust slp car will put down the same as a intake /exhaust NON SLP car ..

Too bad I don't live closer...I'd like to prove otherwise.
