Default Guys with Kooks, please come in..

Okay My Y pipe is freakin driving me batty.. I know the right way would be to do motor mounts. I do not feel like doing that right now. I bought the damn Mufflex Hanger. I guess i didnt think that it wouldnt work. Reason being , after the collector is the cats, then an o2 sensor bung. So that eliminates that.

My driverside Cat is about 1/4 inch away from the floorboard. What are you guys with KOOKS doing ?

Kooks LT's with Kooks Y pipe/w cats. Poly motor mounts and no problems. Sorry, you don't want to hear that but I'll just say that is the solution.

I had to have mine tweaked a couple of times to get it to stop banging. Finally got it though and I still have rubber mounts.

I have kooks with the tsp catted ypipe and it would always bang on the drivers side floor I did a little tweaking here and there plus the Mufflex hanger and had it welded together instead of clamped and the problem went away!
