Default Looking for a quiet Performance Exhaust

I want to run the car without the cats. Of course i cant do that with the LM. I narrowed my search to the Hooker catback, SLP Dual Dual, SLP Dual Single. So which one do u guys think should work better with LT's ORY and a cam with 230 exhaust duration?

Thats what im going to do when i get a quite catback. The problem is U cant put the cutouts before the cats because of the collectors. So i have to start by putting a quite catback and then put the race pipes. After that i can install the cutouts without losing any power from the cats.

Never mind i just bought the hooker catback. When i spoke to SPEEDINC they said the cutout wont give power over the hooker unless u tune the car with the cutouts and even then it will be a very little gain? People use it to sound cool. I thought people with the cutouts gain more power?

My B&B Tri-flow is really quite, even with all my mods.

Trust me, you will enjoy the hooker, you can unbolt 3 bolts on the back of the hooker in a matter of about 5min and drop the whole muffler and bam there is your cutout.......

Finally, someone got the spelling of "quiet" correct.

Tuning with a cuttout is no different than tuning through a cat-back, so far as I can tell. We dyno tested my '02 through THE STOCK exhaust system (which is obviously even farther away from a cuttout than a performance cat-back) and through the cuttout. Did the wideband O2 sensors show a difference in fuel/air ratio with the cuttout closed and then open? No, not at all.

LOL...I was starting to think I was the only one that noticed that. The dual/dual is a nice catback and isn't too raspy either.

Nope, you aren't the only one to notice that and others The 2OTL is pretty quiet. Quiet enough for an old man like me

I had the hooker on my car for awhile and it was my favorite catback out of the few different ones that I had.
