My low note horn broke off the bracket ????

My low note horn broke off the bracket ???? I noticed a clanking noise that sounded like a loose heat shield sound. well we got under the car and starting tapping around and opened up the plastic flap on the passenger side front and my low note horn was just laying there? there is a U shaped bracket that holds both of the horns on and it just broke off? just wondering if anyone has had this happen or heard of it.
