Default 6.0 truck head can it be milled for a NA app?

Say i could get a pair of 72cc chamber 317 heads couldnt i mill them say .070 and come out to a 10.8ish to 1 CR? I hear they flow like the LS6 head yet becuase of the bigger chambers they lower a stock ls1 CR to around 9:1...

So any ideas on this? Who knows the math to figure this out? I know or read rather a ls1 head can be milled to a max of .070 and then push rod length needs to be checked.

Ideas or inputs?

ive seen people mill the 317's and get 10.5 comp..im sure you can get higher, but if you're running stock pistons and a large cam then PTV clearance will become an issue. i have a set of assembled stock 317's for sale.. if you are interested shoot me a PM.
