Default HP with a N/a LS1

How much $$$ would it take to make a LS1 N/A to make 425 at the wheels?

Are you doing the labor or having it installed? A4 or M6?

Ball park I'd say about $3620, not counting little stuff like gaskets and bolts that may pop up.

PRC Heads and your choice of TSP cam ~$1700
FAST 90/92 and TB ~$1100
If you get Pacesetters ~$370 Kooks or QTP roughly $800
TSP Duals ~ $450

It'd be safe to upgrade injectors also, so plan about $250 for that. While I have seen people use stock injectors with H/C Packages, it's not really a wise thing to do. You need more fuel to get in there with a more radical set up.

Assuming you're an M6 on a stock 10 bolt 3:42'ed rear end, that would get you there. And this is also assuming you're doing your own work.

For reliability I would add a clutch or a torque converter (with transcooler), and at least a 12 bolt if you are a M6. Remember the small stuff adds up too, as we are still buying the small stuff for our stroker and that is the only thing holding us up. Gaskets, Bolts/Studs, Trans/Motor mounts, a high flow oil pump, plugs/wires, tuning (and definately get injectors) etc...

So I agree with SweeTbone $3500-4000 with you doing the labor, add another $3k if you are having a shop do it with tuning.

assuming you already have the basic bolt ons, with a nice sized cam and a tune you should be there or pretty close. so under $1000 with an M6 and 10 bolt
