Default T3 Cam + full bolt-ons, Daily driver

Im new to the LS1 mods, i want a Torquer 3 cam on my 02 M6 TA, with LT and other little bolt-ons, its compleatly stock right now and i daily drive it to work every day. Is it to big of a cam for daily driving?

Lol i drive my 68 20+ miles to work a few days a week and It's fine for me although i have no interior or mufflers and thats completely driveable to me. My cams a little larger and i have more cam surge from the single plane intake but its not bad. I think that cam will make GREAT power for you. You might want to upgrade your clutch and not run drag radials until you get a better read end though.

I assume you mean a torquer 3? I have the mods in my sig and DD mine. I drive back and forth from Fayetteville to Little Rock every weekend too which is a 400 mile drive. Not bad at all for a DD IMO

i dont daily drive mine any more but i did for a very long time with that cam, just get a good tune and youll be fine. mine drank gas but that was mostly because of the stall, and your an m6 so you shouldnt worry too much.

are you staying on stock heads? if so i would look at the tr230
