I have .047 clearance on the exhaust side of the cam.

That's a little tight for sure!! What method did you use to test this?
Whats the intake side?

Installed everything and ran it through the sweep with clay. The intake is not as extream of a duration as the exhaust it had enough room. It was .110

I checked agian the next morning cam out with the same exhaust I didnt bother checking the intake again. There 59cc chambers stock valve sizes I got the heads from someone on here so I can ask him.

Im just going to flycut the piston got a tool from lindy tools great guy to talk to. If you ever need a flycutting tool go to him. Thanks for everyone's help
