Default vengeance racing vrx5 camshaft?

Ive been looking at vengeance racings camshafts and originally was interested in there vindicator camshaft with how it performed on the street and strip. But after alo't of talk and research i realized this cam might be to big for a cam only car with stock heads, So with wanting to keep a big cam in the car i was looking at there vrx5. I haven't been able to find much of anything about this cam in a car with a cam only setup. So if anyone here has any experience with this cam your knowledge would be greatly appreciated thanks.

oh ok thats what i thought just wanted to make sure. How come you would go smaller? is it driveability issues, or too laggy?

Have you done a search on the cam? It makes some killer power with TFS.

TrickFlow Specialties.

VRX5 is about like an MS3 or G5X3 in terms of size (XE-R 234-236 duration on the intake), so it will perform similarly in terms of performance and drivability.

Why don't you just talk to Ron at Vengeance? I'm sure he would help you in selecting the right cam or combo for your goals. Ron and Mike are real cool guys! And if wasn't for my 401k tanking I'd probably had bought a bunch of stuff from them by now.
